It's really nice and helpful. I suggest it for physiotherapy after knee replacement.

1. Leg bending is not accurately measured, with adjustment nobs making it more difficult wrt to understand the angle, plus the machine will list up rather than making the accurate knee bend.2. The equipment makes unnecessary noise.3. Overall, the product finishing is not good.Overall, I wanted to return the device on the very first day of the product delivery. I tried to create a return order, however, the product was not retunable.I feel this type of device should have the return option as it is not like BP or Diabetic testing equipment.

Overall the product is scarce and the price for this product is good compared to the rent incurred for this product. It is easy to use and understandableEventhough there is some kind of problem. There is slight "kreech" sound in the machine and the accuracy of the degrees are incorrect beyond certain degrees.Their post customer service is good.This is a suggestion adding the level of degree in which the machine is, can be showed in the digital screen of the machine

I order this machine I got this a very bad condition like the machine is not working properly and the box was not working even the timing display was blank and then I return this parcel they can't accept my return instead of return they said we can't return or refund your money wow one of the worst app worst company
