This is my first electric griddle and it works very well. The day I got it I cooked a pork shoulder steak and it came out juicy and tender. The next morning I made a hole package of bacon at once and it cooked nice and even. The surface is very nonstick and food will slide around if your not careful. Clean up is super easy, I wipe the surface down after it's cooled a bit and than rinse it out in the sink. The surface gets very hot so be careful, the instructions say to let the griddle heat up for ten minutes but it reaches temp faster than that. As other have noted the grease tray will slip out easily, bad design I would have taken off half a star for that if I could. Al in all I recommend this griddle especially for your first one, good price for the size.

Super easy to use. Heat's up quick. Yes you have to learn where the heating element is because it is going to be hotter over the heating element. I've used this once and cooked a ton of bacon. At first when I flipped the bacon I could see that it was cooking faster on one side of the bacon. That's where the element was. So I repositioned everything so it would cook more evenly. So by the time I was done cooking all my bacon it was all cooked evenly. None of my bacon's stuck. And it cleaned off super easy. It's not a heavy device so it's easy to clean in the sink. I am definitely going to enjoy this griddle more than any other griddle I've ever had.

Bought this in “Used - Very Good” condition but it was more like “Acceptable.” It arrived dirty and broken on the corners (not listed in the condition description). I also had to bend one of the prongs back into place. I’d advise to buy new instead of used.Despite this, it functions very well! One of the corners shattered during shipping, but it still stands stable on 4 bottom legs so it’s alright. Just be careful when storing or moving—the corners seem like a fragile point.The temperature control is accurate and the surface is indeed nonstick. I just fried some eggs right on the griddle (after cleaning it first) and they didn’t stick. The oil collection pan is easy and convenient.My only gripe besides the general damage it sustained in (and before) shipping is that the cord is only 3 feet long.

Let’s be clear, these are not commercial grade appliances at this price point. I believe as long as expectations are proper for what you’re buying, your experience will be similar to mine.This griddle works good. It heats up quickly and maintains temp as it should. There are some spots along the edge where it’s a little uneven, but that’s the nature of the beast using these small portable electric griddles. It takes a few minutes to cool off, but it cleans up easy. The coating has held up well for me, although I never cook much higher than 325-350 on the temp dial. Speaking of temps. Checking it with a temp gun. The griddle heats up to within 20 degrees of desired temperature across the surface, losing a little more on the far side corners of where you plug it in.

I bought this as an upgrade from a smokeless grill, and it’s been a huge improvement. The open design makes it so much easier to use, and the cooking surface is plenty big — we make full breakfasts on it without pulling out pots and pans.The non-stick ceramic coating really works, cleanup is quick, and the whole unit is surprisingly slim and easy to store. It heats evenly and holds temp well, and being able to submerge the cooking surface is a big plus.Overall, this griddle has made breakfast a breeze and takes up way less space than you'd expect for the size. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quality, hassle-free electric griddle.

This is the second griddle of this exact model I’ve bought. Had the first for about 4 years, and it suffered a tragic accident… but because I loved it so much, I went for the exact one again. Large cooking surface that heats well, and great non-stick surface that holds up to scrubbing! After 4 years of use, and even some light use of steel wool, the last griddle still had an almost perfect surface. Highly recommend!

This is one of the better nonstick griddles I have purchased over the years. We are a family of 8 and this is used on average twice a day. Eggs can for the most part be cooked without the use of oil or butter however it created an odd looking texture per my younger kids so butter is used to prevent this.Near the port to plug in the cord it tends to overheat causing dark spots and a loss of the nonstick coating in this area.The center of the pan does cook a little hotter than the outer edges but overall it’s close to an even heat.
