NOTHING STICKS TO IT!!! It heats evenly and makes the best pancakes. I’ve also done bacon and eggs, steak, chicken and fried rice!!! Just wipe it down with a damp paper towel and BOOM it’s clean. Between this and my air fryer, I’m set. Bella makes the best products!

This is my first electric griddle and it works very well. The day I got it I cooked a pork shoulder steak and it came out juicy and tender. The next morning I made a hole package of bacon at once and it cooked nice and even. The surface is very nonstick and food will slide around if your not careful. Clean up is super easy, I wipe the surface down after it's cooled a bit and than rinse it out in the sink. The surface gets very hot so be careful, the instructions say to let the griddle heat up for ten minutes but it reaches temp faster than that. As other have noted the grease tray will slip out easily, bad design I would have taken off half a star for that if I could. Al in all I recommend this griddle especially for your first one, good price for the size.

This is a great griddle! Love the extra large size that accommodates the needs of our family of 6. Pretty even heating with no serious hot spots. Super easy to clean. Major upgrade to the one we were using before.

I got this mostly for Korean BBQ, to replace my panini press, which has teflon grill plates. I initially tested this unit with grilled cheese sandwiches, eggs and hash brown potatoes. Some of the pros can also be cons. For instance, the surface is a nice large size -- which is great if you are cooking a lot of food, but it wouldn't be efficient for just a couple of eggs or a couple of sandwiches. Also, since there is only one temperature control for the entire plate, you have to cook everything at the same temperature. Second, the surface is very slippery -- which actually makes it difficult to flip foods, and with the low rim, it is easy to slide the food over the edge. After losing some of the hash browns, I ended up using two spatulas to make a barrier to hold the foods in place to be able to flip them. Depending on what you are cooking,, if you are using tongs, this would not be an issue, and would make it easier for cleanup. Also, you have to be careful not to use a lot of butter/oil, because it will just run off into the drip tray. Good for low fat cooking, bad for items that require more fat to cook properly. Cons: It heats up quickly, but pointing with a laser thermometer, there seems to be a lot of uneven temperatures across the surface, with some as much as 75+ F degree swings in temperature. UPDATE -- I used this for a Korean BBQ, cooking several rounds of meat. The heating was VERY uneven with some pieces searing quickly, but other just sort of steaming and not browning. I will stick to a "folding" panini press that that opens flat. The cons on this one outweigh the pros.

Wow, bought this on black friday for $30 bucks! It has wildly surpassed my expectations! It is compact, heats up evenly and quickly, does the cooking job very nicely, and is super easy to clean. I honestly did not anticipate the build quality and performance for that small amount. I can cook bacon and eggs in 3 minutes, clean and store the griddle in another 1 minute... Makes me wonder if I will ever use my stove top again.

I had given this a very good review but, after living with it a few months, it now gets 1-star. And, for the same reasons all the other 1-star reviews list: 1. NOT non-stick. The surface is nowhere near non-stick and is difficult to clean. There are also areas of blackening that even the recommended deep-cleaning method would not remove. 2. Terrible heat distribution. Lay extra-thick bacon across it, cover with a cooking sheet, cook at 300F for 10 minutes and you will get half-burned, half-raw pieces. 3. Awful customer service. I made a warranty claim over the darkened areas, had multiple emails with the customer service, sent photos and then my claim was summarily denied. I requested more information and an escalation but those emails never got a response. They simply quit the conversation. For this alone, I will never buy another Bella product. At the time of this writing, there are over 9,000 reviews, a vast majority of the positive. However, if you sort by 1-star reviews and read them, they all say the same thing: not non-stick, poor heat distribution, terrible customer service.

This griddle was received in excellent packaging and shipping protection. The quality of the design is extremely nice. Very sturdy construction. The ceramic coating is infused with titanium, which does not leach chemical into the food being cooked. It also reduces scratching over the years. No PFC's or other materials leaching into the food. It heats quickly and has a drain for the grease during cooking that is easy to clean out when cooking to done. It is submersible for easy cleaning. The griddle is large for cooking much food simultaneously. I like the copper color as it is attractive. I found it easy to use. I highly recommend this product.

It's the perfect size for a large family. You can cook everything at the same time, and nothing sticks. Very easy to clean.

This is the best one I could find, the quality seemed a bit flimsy, but I was comparing to my old one and now I think this is perfect, cut down on all the plastic and it stores easier. The cook top is great, non stick and super easy to clean. Let's hope it stands the test of time...has to beat my old one, that lasted 15 years.

Purchased this for a group sleepover and Girl Guides Camps and am very happy with this product so far! Size is great, heats up pretty quickly, and is super easy to use and clean. I do find that some spots on the surface do get hotter than others, however, once the surface is fully warmed it’s not as noticeable.
