The media could not be loaded. Followed all instructions doesn't work anyway. Looked for videos on YouTube. They don't work either. Not much support. Doesn't work on Xbox. Doesn't work on Switch. Does work on PC. Avoid.Update:Turns out that no one else has hooked it up with a controlled with an external battery pack. You have to make sure that you aren't inputting it into the battery pack's slot. You have to use the one native to the controller other wise it will think it is a PC setup. We did notice that it did not seem to work when we used the XBOX Series X controller for some reason. I'll have to retest it. However, it did work when we used an XBOX Series S controller in my XBOX Series X.It works fine. Vibration is a little low but that's not what we were going for when we bought it. If you need a shifter, three pedals, and a wheel. It is not a bad choice at all. Just make sure you are not trying to hook it up to your battery pack's charging port. Make sure it is going into the controller's main port.

Could not get game to work. First shipment the sensors did not work. The second shipment the shifter was not recognized by the console. Contacted vendor for both issues and they were not able to resolve. Returned both and purchased a Logitech product.

Works completely fine! Lots of cables, but that is to be expected with lots of controls.

I got this because of everything you get for the price. I prefer the vibrating over force feedback. Been using this wheel for iRacing the last few months and I couldn't be happier! The shifter doesn't feel cheap, and it shifts smoothly! I got PXN's 3 pedal version in case I wanted/needed to use the clutch at some point. It's made of plastic but feels quite solid! I fasten the wheel to my desk... so I don't know how well using just the suction cups will do.
