Speaking as someone who has to be in a walking boot for the next 8 weeks, the EvenUp is a lifesaver, speaking as a licensed massage therapist, it is a body saver. It fits all types of athletic shoes and flats and runs true to size...I wear a 9.5 to 10 and got the medium in the EvenUp and it's perfect. I've only had one shoe that seemed to slip around in it and that was a Dansko hiking shoe and I think it was because of how the shoe is made not the fit of the EvenUp. The tread of the EvenUp is slip resistant and works well on all surfaces. I don't feel like I'm going to slide or get caught on rugs. I used the boot alone for 3 days and my hips were not happy, nor was my back or legs. I've had the EvenUp for a week and I can feel a huge difference. I love that you can adjust the height with the inner soles to meet any need. It's easy to put on and take off and is definitely durable. All in all I would highly recommend getting one to go with your walking boot or cast. Your body will thank you.

I am in a boot for 5 weeks now and 8 more weeks to go. I can't put any weight on my foot so using a knee scooter with the boo. tThis is a lifesaver. I was in so much back pain from using my knee scooter. So the knee scooter helps me get around my house. The knee seat wouldn't go down any further and my body was so out of alignment..almost to tears. Since using this EvenUp I am pain free !!!!!!!!!!!! I scoot from room to room (not that fast ) and without these awesome attachments for my shoes I would still be in so much pain. They feel like they will last and are worth every penny !

I guess if you need one, this is a good one. With lifts in my boot, this was not tall enough, but when they were finally able to be removed, the heighth is near perfect. Used for ruptured achilles tendon repair.

Works really well. I have an air cast on one foot and needed something so I wasn't limping. Help to even off my steps. The only fault with it is that it does NOT have three adjustable height levels. It only comes with 2 different size heights. And instructions say you can not use just the base alone. Luckily the thin layer worked for me.

My mom fractured her hip, which caused one leg to be shorter than the other. This significantly improved her walking ability. It fits a wide range of shoes and is much more affordable than custom-made shoes. It also provided better support than a heel lift.

The Even Up arrived within a couple days of ordering and seems to be a very nice quality product. I like that there are two removable placers so that it can work with a variety of shoes. Makes it much easier to wear a medical boot by relieving imbalance and back pain.

Helped with walking when one foot was in a walking boot and other shoe needed some height so that I did not limp.It might save your hip from a lot of pain if you have to wear a walking boot. It is well thought out, yet very simple. I do recommend it but feel it is very overpriced. Be sure to make sure that it is tied up snugly so you do not trip and fall.

When you have one foot in an AirCast, EvenUp shims are important so that your hips are level when you walk. My AirCast has a 2" heel height and I could find NO athletic or walking shoes to match with a 2" heel height. Even Hokas are only 1.5" tall! Problem solved using an EvenUp sleeve on the shoe of my good foot. I bought two EvenUps - one small and one medium. The small worked best with a normal walking shoe and the medium was the right length for my athletic shoes.
