Perfect
“Great Support and Comfort”Excellent quality boot for recovery. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and gives great stability for the ankle and foot. The Velcro straps are easy to adjust and secure. Surprisingly comfortable even after hours of wear. Highly recommended for injury recovery.

Excellent quality and great support
Works great for my torn ligaments and tendons in my foot I love the air button for added support and cushion. It was an excellent fit and perfect size. Velcro is great it held despite getting wet.

Very comfortable, great support & seems true for sizing
This is much more comfortable & easier to put on than other brand that I previously ordered & returned. Does not put pressure on my ankle bone. It seems more padded & fits w/a little extra room if needed, It does come w/4 small extra pads. I ordered Medium(shoe size 9.5M).I looked at the chart for length in inches& decided on the M(10.75”)as the S would have been short in length (10”)Spend the money extra $$ & be satisfied.

This boot is working well for me.
This boot is comfortable, not too heavy, and easy to use. It has worked well for me so far. However, the velcro on the top flap under the straps has stopped "sticking" well after 4 weeks. The velcro straps ARE working great, but the boot is not as snug as it could be at the top.Seems to be well made. The air pump seems to make a bit of difference, but I don't feel a huge change.I wear a women's size 8 shoe and I got a size M boot. There is 2 inches from my big toe to the end of the boot. Maybe i could have gotten a small, but i didn't want my toe at the edge of the boot. i find no issues with the size I bought.

Comfortable
The boot is for my son who has three of his metatarsal bones broken. His orthopedic Doctor fit him in a boot going up to the knee, pretty heavy and bulky. He was f to tired of it. We got this boot with an overnight delivery and he is wearing reg ing it since this morning. He like it very much. The size, the weight everything is less and more comfortable. He has at least one more month to go and I’m glad we found something to make him comfortable. It’s a good stuff, great construction and above all comfortable. And good price, it didn’t break the bank.

Great for injuries
Great boot. I originally got a medium, but it was too big for me, even with the swelling and wearing a sock. I’m a women’s 7.5/8 and the small size was the perfect size for me. It’s great support and really helped my foot heal from a bad sprain.

Fits but has slow leak so won't remain inflated
Size chart was accurateish - probably could have gone up a size as I wear a men's 8 and women's 9.5 with flat/wide-ish feet but only my big toe hangs of and the width is fine despite my large cankles even prior to ankle injury. After increased swelling though some parts got a bit too tight to velcro internally after 24hrs but the straps still work. The main issue I have with these are the Inflation pumps. They deflate fine but there must be a slow leak somewhere as they won't stay inflated for more than few hours and you have to press really hard and quickly to get them re-inflated. After the first inflation they never get as compressive as they did the first time. Still, Since losing my old air cast and needing something after aither severely injuring my ankle and needing to move from place to place for imaging and stand around waiting for the 1 wheelchair to become available in an orthopedics imaging center (as if that makes any sense) there were far fewer extreme shrieks of pain and more often tiny yelps. As bad as it sounds the only way to hold my ankle together until imaging comes back and a referral is approved for the specialist is with extreme compression so the tighter the better - if I can't feel my ankle or my foot I also can't feel the pain so if only it would stay inflated properly I'd be happy.

Well made BUT...
This is well made, good quality, and the "sole" is non-slip and easy to walk in. My caveat emptor is about the height and comfort of where it hits on the leg. I bought a Small (I usually wear a women's 6/6.5/Euro 36, and foot size wise it is a comfortable (albeit slightly roomy fit). My issue is the height- this boot's side plastic support is slightly (like .5 inch) taller than similar other boots, and there is an additional 1.5 in ofnthe foamy boot inside that comes up over the plastic part which is great for some, but for me, no: I'm about 5ft tall, and that plastic side support hits my calf at an awkward spot and is actually quite uncomfortable, even with the padding. This is a good value and quality, but fit may not be for everyone.
