I was worried it would taste too strong, but luckily, it tastes not bad at all. I was expecting it to be much bigger size for some reason but I’m happy I got it for its health, benefits and nutrients.

Adds flavor to soups and broth. I Don’t cook it. Add a scoop to your individual serving and enjoy. Great combo of mushrooms. I’ve added it to drinks too. The taste disappears in shakes and smoothies. Haven’t tried it in coffee yet; I’m optimistic.

I am new to mushrooms, but I saw this product on TikTok and was hoping it would help my ADHD. I honestly cannot tell if it is helping or not. Definitely no bad effects, which is a plus, but the question is, is it working? I been using it regularly for about a month now. It’s definitely not a substitute for ADHD medicine, but I think it could potentially help. It looks like it’s of decent quality and I imagine it is very helpful for some people. But I’m just not sure if it is a product that is useful for my neuro type. I might explore this brand further to see if they offer other mushroom varieties that can provide good focus benefits.
