Best sleep aid I’ve ever used
Some sleep aids made me feel mentally sluggish the morning after. This makes me feel like I had a good night’s sleep. I don’t take it every night, just when I’m stressed and know I won’t fall asleep easily. I’ll buy it again.

This FORMULA Works!
I tried Melatonin from other sources with no success. This was recommended by a life long friend so I tried. Just received my second order and it is slowly and in a steady manner changing my sleep pattern!

I’m very very picky with my supplements but Symphony is even better than expected.First, it’s so difficult to find melatonin that isn’t synthetic AND with such a low dose.I have sleep disorder and melatonin is the first line of treatment. I’ve tried others, even at 1mg and it always gave me a headache no matter what the brand, so I stopped taking it.Recent labs show I’m not producing Melatonin at all and really needed to be on this. Children’s dose was recommended but children’s products have more junk in them than for adults, and then I found this. I was so excited. You’ll not find a better, higher quality, cleaner product than this. While it’s a bit on the higher cost, it’s worth it.The come in blister packs to keep the quality pure. This is the first melatonin that I don’t get a headache with. I have had to stop taking them because I have a hangover effect the next day no matter how many capsules I’m taking. This is me and not the product. One thing I also greatly appreciate about this company is that they have trained professionals should you have questions about the product or need more information regarding your specific needs. After my phone appt with their homeopath, I’ve figured out why I’m having the hangover effect and she suggested stopping the Melatonin for a bit. This was impressive, because many other companies would recommend it regardless of your issues.I cannot recommend this company and their products enough!

Natural melatonin, not synthetically manufactured
A good product, I think, I like that a small dose is sufficient and helps induce sleep. I’m taking it every evening. Per manufacturer it is identical to the human-made melatonin and not chemically synthesized like most melatonin on the market.

Not effective
I came back to write a new review because I wanted to give herbatonin one more chance. Prior to trying herbatonin I was taking about .75mg of Naturemade melatonin (using a pill cutter). When I first tried the Herbatonin product I tried only taking .3mg and it didn't work. Then I tried taking .3mg and then would take another .3mg if I woke up. Didn't work. I tried taking .6mg at once and had better results falling asleep, but it did not keep me asleep. Then I tried taking .6mg and then .3mg if I woke up. Didn't help me fall back asleep.Going back on .75mg of the Naturemade melatonin, I could tell right away that my sleep was so much better. Maybe its just that .75mg is my number? Maybe not. Most recently I've been recording my sleep data because I stopped taking a creatine supplement as I wanted to see how my sleep would improve, which it actually did for a few weeks. Then I thought that because I've been sleeping so well I could go back on the herbatonin and try to have less melatonin and eventually get off of it. As soon as I started taking the herbatonin my sleep duration tanked!I don't know if it's just an absorption issue since it's plant based, or if it's just a placebo (as the product isn't tested by a certified testing agency). I can tell that it definitely tastes like a plant. But I really don't know. I tried to give it another go and it just seemed like it was not very effective.I know melatonin doesn't technically help you stay asleep, but it can improve quality of your sleep which in turn can lengthen the overall duration. So my guess is that it's just not the best form of melatonin.I'd love for the company to do some research on absorption to get a better idea of how much the body is actually absorbing from it and if there are ways to increase absorption.

Heard about microdosing melatonin to re regulate you circadian rhythm…
Si this brand was recommended. And omg ! If you are consistent and take it 2 hours before a healthy bedtime and set your alarm to a correct wake up time depending on how many hours sleep you personally need, it actually works!I have dealt with poor sleep hygiene my entire life- either way too much because of emotional/mental issues, or the opposite, too little from staying up late avoiding sleep because I had to deal with serious insomnia and sleep disturbances. So I decided to make a conscious decision to finally try to take some control back. Two hours before bedtime this melatonin. No screen time without using blue light cancelling glasses then made myself turn out the lights at my set bedtime. I use a sound machine to cancel out random noise and if I have anxiety use 4/7/8 breathing technique. It took some time to get into the mindset, and actually stick with it, but I did and it has made a huge difference in my life.It can still take a long time to fall asleep, but I don’t wake up all the time during the night, and I wake up before my alarm by a few minutes often. This can be a game changer if you really want to change your sleep patterns. This dosing is not to make you sleepy. This dose is to kick your own melatonin production to get its own rhythm back. That’s why there is no grogginess associated with larger doses of melatonin. 😊👍🏼
