Missing parts that make this expensive Resmed Mini unusable
The product is not usable. I did not get the Airtouch F20 connector set and HumidX filter that is shown in the pictures and included in the material in the pack. A waste of money for me.

Think twice before buying
Airmini is an average machine. The company will never tell you the fact that this machine is not serviceable. So if you buy the machine for â‚ą71k and there's an issue on the machine after a year. You have to throw it away as the Co does not service this machine

app doesn't support iphone8 above
The media could not be loaded. We purchased from a sales person came home and it was 8,000 inr more expensive but accepted it.but after he opened the packages and mask, he told us it does not support iphone 13.We checked on app store as well as google play store but the same. I don't understand why this company not upgrade nor update application to adjust flow on app.I did not buy from this seller but the importer is the same so i am leaving the review here after i tried to reach to customer center.
