It did not work for me for my minor tinnitus in one ear. I used the product as described for a month with no results.

There are many causes of tinnitus and this product does work for me. It may work for somebody else. I do like this brand and have used other homeopathic remedies with great success.

For me, the ringing in my ears was awful! Been using this now for a coupleof months & the buzzing is minimal now. It doesn't cure the noise, but it sure helps to quiet it down so you are not distracted.

My mother says it works miracles. Me--it doesn't work at all. Not sure if it's just a placebo effect that's working on my mother or because my symptoms are stronger than hers. No way to determine.
