Update: Its original. I believe the markings and weight just corresponds to whatever manufacturing methods they are using at the moment. This is really good. I hope they make more of these filters, this machine (Fp40) is really really capable. What a great company.I cant identify if its original.Its is really really light compared to the old one. Even with dust shaken off.I have used it so wont be returning it. But i will go the sharp office to get one original to compare.Just suspicious about it. Doesn't feel original and the markings on the side are faded.Contrary to all that, it has a pleasant smell and box is original.
