Can i take out old t12 light strip & connect the wire to this connector and then plug the replacement led light strip to this connector?

Not sure what you are asking. This is a replacement 110v AC extension cord receptacle. It goes on the end of an AC source wire and than you can plug in a standard 2-3 pin AC load plug.

Product details says 16/3 wire, q/a says they forced a 12/3 wire into it but not easy, do you have a grounding cord outlet for 12/3 and 14/3?

You shouldn't have any problem putting this on a 12 gauge extension cord. This is a commercial quality female power cord end for exactly this use case. I have been able to use them on cords (all with a ground wire) as thin as 16 gauge and as thick as 12 gauge without any problem.

I'd really like to put in an order but is it really true what's said in the description that it takes 1 or 2 months to deliver product?
