Q: Can you row with one hand?

Yes, each handle works independently.

Q: Can this take the place of one arm db rows? I love one are db rows but I am using 105s and would like a good alternative.

Yes and no. I've tried it and it's not bad, but it doesn't quite target the muscle the same way that DB rows do, so I just end up using my dumbbells instead most of the time. In a pinch though, it's an okay alternative.

Q: Does it come with olympic sleeves?

I purchased this exact machine and it does come with the adapter sleeves.

Q: How much weight can it hold?

Each arm holds 200lbs an arm. Got this off of the website directly- and it is one of the best mid-back machines I've ever used. Better than most in the gym
