Small print
I received the Silent Z Pro 2.0. Opened it just to take a look at it and as I was reading the instructions, on the left side in very small letters it says that I shouldn’t use it if I have Asthma or Sleep Apnea. That was the main reason I wanted to try it. I hate the sleep apnea machine and how uncomfortable it is. I thought this was going to be a more comfortable option. I didn’t even try it and wanted to return it but now it says that it can not be returned. This things should have a very clear and on bigger letters explanation making it very clear that this device will not help people with those or even other conditions. Most of the people who snore these days are diagnosed with sleep apnea. And if it is not recommended for us, it should be more specific about it. Most of people just look at the add and compulsively just trust the seller. On the add it says something about this but you have to scroll and search to see the restrictions. This should be disclosed clear and easier to find so this doesn’t happen.

If you have severe snoring and/or sleep apnea you NEED to get a dental appliance, it can work!
After trying several devices to alleviate my sleep apnea (incredibly the testing revealed I stop breathing 8x an hour and that is rated MILD!) I am having a very hard time finding one that is tolerable through the night, mainly because they are just too large and cause jaw pain. This one has worked so far, according to the snore app I am using it absolutely done the job of stopping the apnea and even my snoring has been reduced to mainly "quiet" or moderate. That is huge, especially when apnea has caused heart and blood pressure issues severe enough to cause ER visits needing drug intervention. Not that I would describe it as totally comfortable but I can get to sleep and my anxiety of having a stroke in the middle of the night has been greatly relieved.

Good enough, but could be better.
Moldability:This is a common issue with all of these products. It does not conform to the plastic bit's shape after molding, but the edges of the mold lose their shape. As a result, I experienced significant discomfort at first. Then I had to get used to it. Ease of use:I didn't really need snore prevention since my snoring really isn't a problem. I mainly used it to prevent teeth grinding. And for that use case, this was adequate.

Exceptional Customer Service
I don't usually give 5 stars for a product that did not work for me. In this case, the customer service has been stellar. It was difficult from the description to determine what size I needed, so I ordered "small". It was totally the wrong size but this type of item cannot be returned. This amazing company replaced my mouth guard with a size medium! They are completely exceeded my expectations. I have recommended this product to friends and family.

Not worth the headache (or jaw ache)
After using for a month, I can't safely recommend this product to users.I was expecting my jaw to acclimate to the changed position over time but I found myself experiencing intense jaw and tooth pain despite trying different settings.I finally had to stop using the device after my jaw was hurting so bad I could barely take a bite of a basic peanut butter and jelly sandwich. While the device did help with snoring, it is not worth the long term effects the pressure the puts on your jaw muscles. After some more research, I found this ailment is common among these items and can even alter your tooth positioning in your mouth. After consulting with my dentist, I am exploring an option that is recommended by them.

SilentZ Pro 2: Better sleep. Well rested.
Update to review below: The large device was too large for my mouth. After receiving and molding the smaller device, I found that it fit perfectly and was comfortable to wear throughout the entire night. When I wake up from a sleep while wearing it, I feel more rested and ready to face my day.As you can read below I believed I had properly measured my mouth dimensions prior to ordering the large unit. I’m an average guy with average jaw and mouth. The small device fits me perfectly. Would recommend to others to see if it works for you.=================I purchased the SilentZ Pro 2 in the large size, which is recommended based on the measurements provided by the manufacturer, hoping it would help reduce my snoring. The packaging was impressive, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Molding the device to fit my mouth was straightforward and hassle-free, which I appreciated. However, my experience with the device itself was disappointing even in the non-adjusted state. The large size makes it incredibly difficult to insert into the mouth, and once in, it’s nearly impossible to close my mouth comfortably. The device feels bulky and intrusive, causing significant discomfort throughout the night. After using it for just one night, I woke up with intense pain in my front teeth that lasted for several hours, which was alarming and unpleasant. While I had high hopes that the SilentZ Pro 2 would help alleviate my snoring, the pain, discomfort, and oversized design make it unbearable to use. For me, the cost of this solution is too high, and I’d rather live with the snoring than endure this device. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it due to its size, discomfort, and painful side effects.Who knows, maybe it will work for you.
