Q: does the can say what the heat tolerance is?

It says not to store above 120°.

Q: Can I paint a car dashboard? Will it stick? Will it reduce glare?

Yes to all questions. You have to deep clean your dash, then rough up the surface probably with sandpaper or steel wool or a metal brush using light pressure. Then wipe off and go ahead and paint. Just to note though, just my opinion it probably wouldnt look as good as you might think. Try a small 1x1 square first.

Dan,We have not had anyone try this on running shoes. That being said, we would love to see how they come out.As is common with fabrics, the material will be porous and absorb a good deal of the spray paint.Thank you,The StencilEase Team
