Is it better than a regular foam roller

It is very different from a smooth surface roller because of the nubs. It is meant for deep tissue massage. If you are looking to work the "kinks" out, it is definitely a better option.

Is it a hard foam? Cause some of the foam gets squishy fast.

You will find it fairly solid but not necessarily hard. We have had no problem with the two we have been using, such as breaking down the foam. Good product.

Is there a difference between the blue and black one?

Thank you for your inquiry. The Black Rumble Rollers are Extra Firm so they will provide a more intense massage. The Blue ones are a little softer.
