Works a treat for me. Super easy to use. Couple sprays up your nose 30 minutes before bed and it’s been very effective. No funny taste in your mouth after and definitely worth the price for a better night sleep.

Not quite sure how this is supposed to work, but it didn't make a difference for me (tried for 2 weeks every night). I'm not a big snorer, only occasionally when I roll temporarily onto my back and I still managed to wake myself once when quietly snoring.

Unfortunately this product has not worked for me. I have always snored but my snoring has gotten louder over the last year or so. My husband has started sleeping in the spare room as I wake him up during the night. He assures me I sleep with my mouth closed so the sound is nasal rather than from the throat. I have tried nasal strips, nasal dilators, antihistamines, a dehumidifier etc. none of which work. This hasn't been a miracle cure either.There is no real discernible flavour to this liquid (in all honesty it could be water). The nozzle produces a squirt / stream rather than a mist of liquid which I found uncomfortable - this made my nasal passages wet, and in my opinion a wet nose = worse snoring. I switched the nozzle with my vicks nasal spray which is a mist - I found this more tolerable and it didn't leave my nose streaming - but unfortunately, it still had no effect on my snoring. Might work for some, but not for me.

You know when u dive in a swimming pool and you get water up your nose and it creates that horrible burning feeling? This spray feels like that too. Not pleasant. But 1 spray up each nostril seems to do the trick for me and stops me snoring so it's good value for money and seems pretty effective, but not pleasant to use.

**UPDATE**After having used this for 1 week, it began to stop working now - The process of me using this has not changed at all, I use the same method, 4-6 sprays in each nostril, right before bedtime and with my head tilted backwards, but it seems to have completed stopped working.The initial impact was fantastic, but long term I don't believe this to be a viable solution - I will go back on the hunt for another snoring reduction solution**UPDATE**Much alike other reviews on here, I was keeping my better half awake at night, oftentimes I would wake her up multiple times during the night with my hippopotamus-like snoring. I promised her that I would look into doing something, I searched far and wide on the internet for nasal strips, medication and even an app (I know, there seems to be an app for everything these days...)I came across this product, with very mixed reviews, the idea of putting a couple of sprays in your nose each night and then your snoring disappearing sounded too good to be true. The claims of "clinically proven" entice but not always deliver. Nevertheless, I took a punt and bought this.On a typical night, I would snore and wake my other half up at least 2-3 times, I would snore without fail every single night, and if I had been drinking, it would exacerbate the issue.NOW the important part, I took this on night one, 4-5 sprays in each nostril, whilst I was laying down with my head slightly tilted backwards. As I spray it, I could feel it slightly tingle my nostrils and then I could feel it at the back of my nose/throat. That was it, I popped the lid back on and went to bed as normal - It's important that you don't eat food or drink too many liquids afterwards, the solutions needs time to settle in your throat/nasal passage.The first night......Not a single moment of snoring, my other half said she didn't hear any snoring and certainly didn't have any interrupted sleep. I was astonished, thinking it might have been a fluke, I continued to take it every night....7 days in a row and not a single night of snoring, I really am surprised at this.If like me, you're a snorer through your nose, then this will work for you, I can assure you! I haven't been this surprised at an amazon product since I bought a LiDar scanning robot hoover (also a fantastic acquisition) and I will continue to buy this nasal spray to keep my better half from sleeping on the sofaMy only slight gripe is that the expense of this is significant, it will run you at least £16 a month, which is quite a bit of money to never snore again

It slightly reduces the swelling but by it's own it wouldn't eliminate snoring, at least not mine.
