I would give it zero stars if I could. This product is worthless. Save your money. All I got out of it was an itchy rash from the adhesive that holds patch on.

This doesn't work at all. Rash around bellybutton. Have not worked on loosing weight or help with your appetite. Don't let the advertising fool you like it did for me. Will never buy it again or let my friends or family buy this product. Very disappointed!!!

I got a minor rash from the adhesive after about a week but decided to continue using because I figured once I lost some weight I’d stop using them and it would go away. 2 months later no weight loss

They are very good

the jury is still out on this product. I have gone through one box and although it has not affected my weight loss, it seems to have affected my belly pooch. I wish they would put better instructions in the box. I went through 2 days before I realized that the little black center is covered up. Stupid on my part I guess. But overall it is comfortable to wear. Can update after I go through the 2nd box.

Have used this product, as prescribed, for 6 weeks. I have had 0 results. No weightloss whatsoever . No anything! Don’t waste your money.
