I’ve been using the WHOOP 5.0 for several months now, and it has completely transformed the way I approach recovery, training, and overall wellness.The Sleep and Recovery tracking is incredibly detailed — it doesn’t just track sleep duration, but sleep stages, disturbances, and time spent in bed, giving me actionable insights into how well I’m recovering each night. The strain coach is also a game-changer. Instead of guessing how hard to train, WHOOP gives you real-time data to guide your intensity based on how recovered your body is.One standout feature is the Heart Rate Variability (HRV) tracking and Respiratory Rate monitoring, both of which are critical for detecting fatigue or early signs of illness. Whoop insights driving good behaviour improving my overall health
Really liking it. Definitely the best software experience out there compared to alternatives. There are still quite a few bugs that need to be ironed out but overall great. Battery life pretty much is on target with 13-14 days with 3 strength workouts a week and daily recorded walks. The metrics do need to calibrate for at least 30 days though to be meaningful so there is some patience. Wish it wasn't a subscription model though...

Very disappointing
As per some other reviews, I was disappointed with the Whoop 5.0 Peak. The heart rate accuracy is not great. My resting heart rate was tracked 10bpm higher than my Apple Watch and Garmin. It also did not detect my sleep accurately at all with one occasion saying I slept only 1 hour and 20 minutes which was complete nonsense. I have subsequently returned it after only 2 days. Not good Whooping!!

Love this, recommend,I was debating whether to buy one as it’s quite expensive for the subscription! But hey why not give it ago and well I’m pretty impressed so far ((thumbs up)) it’s comfy the battery life is great so easy to use and wear in bed you don’t even know you’re wearing it.. and the fact you can change the bands to whatever your style also the charging while wearing is a game changer :)

Great for those wanting to ditch an Apple Watch!
I wanted a Whoop because I like wearing an actual watch which my Apple Watch made difficult (because who wants to wear two watches).Glad I made the purchase, lightweight, comfortable, no distractions and great insights.Annoying that it’s a subscription but that’s how most things are these days.The battery life is fantastic (which is something I hated about my Apple Watch) and you don’t need to remove it to charge it.

Guys, this is worth it! I used to use all Apple products and the Garmin Epic 2, but the Whoop 5.0 is a game changer. It offers more detailed data, and the best part is that you can wear classic watches alongside it without worrying about scratching the screen. Plus, the battery lasts an impressive 13 days!👌🏻
