You are watering the plant too much and not talking to it enough.

Q: Does this plant attract gnats (or other bugs)? Looking for something that doesnt.

I don’t believe so. None of my plants has gnats but some other different types of plants do have some sort of tiny bugs. However, This plant has very leather like, firm and glassy leaves, seems very resistant to bugs (so far) . The reason I bought the a second bird of paradise because I feel that it is bug free and I intent to replace the other plants with it

Q: I just received my orders of 3 different plants. The description says it comes with decor planter but none of them have the planters.

I think there is a more expensive option which includes the extra pot. I chose the nursery/growers pot option.
