I am working out 3-4 times a week and feel very strong and can recover quickly.They were easy to swallow and no weird taste.I will say they are a little pricy for this type of supplement though, but it looks like they have some sub&save options.Would purchase again.

I have not experienced any side effects after taking this supplement. I am happy with the purchase, 5 stars.
