Would you say a harley davidson fan would like this?

I don't see why not, I got mine for a Triumph owner and he loves it, it is just a 'generic' looking bike but extremely fiddly and time consuming to build so it will keep them busy for a few weeks!!

What sort of glue does the kit have? Is there enough?

There is no glue necessary. The beauty of this kit is everything interlocks together. Some pieces are a tight fit but a little sand paper is all you need
