I rarely see results with supplements whether it's creatine or whey protein, etc. even if it's over time since it either happens too slow for me to notice or it just doesn't work.Ripped Fuel however, works. And it works fast.I saw the actors on the miniseries Generation Kill take these like candy to stay awake/alert and so I did some research into these, and gathered that it helps you burn fat but contains caffeine, so I was originally under the impression that it also acted sort of like a mild preworkout.After realizing how to properly take these, two weeks later, I've lost 6 lbs. I'm 5 ft. 10 in. and was at around 165 lbs. - not much fat but my belly fat kept me from seeing my abs since high school. I take one either right before eating or right after and it's since then melted most of my belly fat off my body. I've changed my diet while taking these and also work out more intensely, for longer periods of time and it has shown.I look at the scale and it says I weigh less. But I look in the mirror and see myself getting bigger, leaner, with less roundness around my stomach area (what little fat I had, it was still less than 90% of others my age).

I am about to buy my second bottle of this product. So far, it seems to work pretty well. I take just one pill a day which is less than the suggested amount, but I can tell that I have more energy after taking it, as I tend to feel a bit more tired on the days when I forget to take it. I feel like I have more energy to put into a workout after taking a pill and my body feels a bit warmer and easier to break a sweat. I have been trying to lose just a few more pounds to get down to my goal weight, but have seemed to have plateaued a bit. After the first few days of taking this pill (just one a day), I was able to drop an extra 2 pounds, which seemed too good to be true. I am going to keep taking them to see if the progress continues, but so far they have increased my energy and I have noticed an increase in ability to lose a pound here and there.

I've taken this on a few occasions to cut up or to quickly slim down for an event or vacation or military weigh-in's. I have noticed I can't sleep if I take it too late in the evening. It has a good dose of caffeine. I try to have my 2nd pill no later than 3:30pm. This allows me to be in bed by 10:30 or so. I have never noticed it, but my wife says my body is crazy hot when I take this stuff. She can't even cuddle with me at night. Lonely. :-( haha, but I love it. I'm burning fat even while I sleep.I've taken it in conjunction with exercise, and without. I'll share a little about both:With Exercise:Doesn't really give you a crazy boost of energy for a workout, but it did give me durability. I knew my limit, and when taking 5x, I could go well beyond it during my workouts. Maybe some would consider that energy.Also, I sweat much more during my workouts when taking this. I know there is an awesome thermogenic blend in this pill- and my body reacted to it great!Without Exercise:We've all done it. Take a thermogenic pill or a diet pill and not exercise. Don't judge me. Honestly, I've only done it with this pill because it's so natural (minus the caffine). Even without much exercise, my natural body temperature sky rockets and I burn fat and start seeing my abs. Great pill all around.DOES NOT SUPPRESS APPETITE. So you will still need to exercise self-control.

Every since they remove ephedra from this product is become useless in my opinion granted ephedra has cause some death. I do remember them making my heart beat beat faster, which is great if your playing a sport you feel less stress on your body the bad would be that people would take it when they are not working out hence giving you a bit of coffeine kick or epedra kick, and if you were not used to it would cause shakiness but again, If the pills in the past were used as prescribe you wouldn't have a problem for those who do used these type of supplement always start with half of the recommended dose and if your body and yourself can handle it by that I mean no adverse effect effect like faster heartbeat and shakiness then by all means try the regular dose. Always test the waters don't jumping head first.

I believe this product, along with a healthful diet and exercise, is helping me reach my weight loss goal. No magic pill here, but I feel a boost of energy throughout the day. It's gives me an edge. Shipment packaging and timeframe are always great. I'm on bottle #2. Maybe 2 more before I reach my goal. Also, will use again from time to time for maintenance. I don't think the ingredients are harsh (natural), there's no jitteriness, no insomnia, or other negative side effects noticed. Again, no magic pill, but a noticeable boost!

I love these stufff, I am 150lbs, I gain wieghts twice a year usually when I am traveling or have exams and I dont go to gym or wtach my diet, when I go back to being healthy I use these to help me burn more fat, get more fuel and to help me through my daily workoutI love them, and ordered them many times, they have some smell or taste like they have some spices; something that does not bother me just though to mention itI gave it 5 times because I love it, make sure not to take it in the evening, it wont let you sleep

All I can say is these pills are amazing, before I purchased them I saw some bad reviews and some good and I am so happy I took the chance and got them! If you need fast results and a good price then these are the pills for you. The best thing about them is you don't have to change your daily routine. Its AMAZING! Best $10.00 I ever spent (BTW I have only been taking them for about 5 days now and I already see the difference)
