My hair stopped falling out. I've been taking for like 3 months daily now. What made me start taking it is because my hair is getting very thin and when I was shower and wash my hair it would just come out and clumps. It was depressing and disturbing and it that rate I knew I would be bald. About a month after taking the supplements I noticed that when I wash my hair now there's a little shutting but nothing abnormal like before. I don't necessarily think my hair looks thicker, but it's definitely not falling out at the insane rate that it was. Sitting here is hereditary in my family for the women so I know there's only so much supplements can do but you will have to pry these from my cold dead hands because they have helped me. Also I feel like the thinning at the top is visibly reduced because once again it's not falling out in Clumps. Also I had blood work done two months after taking it and I'm not anemic anymore which is something I've been for years so I think it's safe to say it is from the supplements as well.

Honestly these work pretty well took a bit for me to notice a difference but my skin actually looks a lot better after 2ish months of taking them consistently

I have been taking this for a month and have yet to notice a difference with anything. Pill wise easy to take. health benefit wise i dont notice anything.

It's is my 3rd day taking this...I know you're thinking only 3 days in and already have something to say? Well let me tell you... the first thing I noticed was the energy boost I have. I haven't had this type of energy in a very long time.I'll update later about skin, nails, and hair.Update: I'm almost finished with the bottle. I have about 3 days left. I never really had any issues with my skin or nails so I can't say I see changes...but my excessive hair shedding has improved. I'm getting ready to order again and I'm hoping the hair shed will completely stop besides the normal shed.
