I really like this, I have been using it for 2 years now and seems to really help keep my nails and hair strong. The eye dropper isn't always the best, some bottles work grat and others don't draw the vitamins up into the dropper well.

So I just turned 35 and was beginning to see a bit of fine lines around my eyes and my skin just looked dull. I just finished my first bottle and had already ordered a 2nd and now im ordering a 3rd while it's on sale. It makes my skin glow and look healthy and my nails are growing in healthier too. For the price even if paying full price look at it this way... this is a multivitamin with iron and b12, but it also has keratin, magnesium,collagen, omega 3 fatty acids and more. All this in 2 easy to swallow capsules. It's by far worth the price for all these little capsules pack inside. Within 2 weeks I began noticing a difference in my skin on my face. And now after 4 weeks, it's glowing and looks healthy (other than pimples but I'm taking a hormone gummy that'll hopefully help with that) if you can keep coming back and look for when it's on sale for 20 dollars. I only been taking 1 month But my hair on top is very thin. I just stared my second month. I think it will take time to work. I have no reaction to the supplement.

This is my second bottle. I was impressed enough to by a second one so that must mean something. My baby hairs around my forehead are growing back and my nails seem to be growing quicker as well. I like the taste too! We will see with this second bottle how much it’s really helped.
