I wanted a statement wall in my living room, and this piece has truly become a showstopper. I've received so many compliments! The mirror is high quality, well-packaged, and arrived in a reasonable time. It offers a mist setting, which I don’t need, but the options there, but the three different lighting moods are fantastic for creating the perfect atmosphere. Easy to install and comes with a plug, though I had an electrician hardwire it to a switch. I’m absolutely thrilled with the final look! Highly recommended.

Damaged packaged & faulty items

All perfect! Mirror is beautiful and looks amazing in my new bathroom. Light works fine . It was good secured during delivery. Recommended.

I am not impressed by this whatsoever. This was purchased at the weekend and it arrived yesterday, the packaging was all damaged and the screws for the mirror were in a small plastic bag sellotaped on the outside of the box, this had been cut open and there was one wall plug left in it.It comes in a cheap makeshift wooden frame, please be careful when getting the mirror out as we got cut on the nails that came loose.The mirror is attached to a foreign plug which means we now have to mess about ordering a UK one to attach that and see if it works. Where do I stand if the electrics don't work on it and iv cut your useless non UK working plug off?Ultimately I'd avoid, it's overpriced and not worth your time messing around with the plug.
