I didn't notice any of the benefits that were attributed to this supplement. I was telling myself it was good for liver and kidneys for some reason I guess that's what I had heard. But I don't know if it was doing anything at all or if it would be beneficial to keep taking it after finishing the first bottle. But I'm gonna skip it. I experienced no side effects so my experience was neither here nor there.
