Nice convenient roller which works okay and the needles do not hurt in my opinion when I roller over my face or lips ….

I use the .25mm derma roller on a small area of my hairline to assist with regrowth. The derma roller is easy to clean and sanitize. My only two issues is that the liquid product tends to leak slightly, while I am using the derma roller. My second issue is that it did not come with instructions.

Nothing else was working for me now that I have this great product I don’t have to work hard or stress myself to use this and it’s very functional.

Okay, there is no instruction manual so, I took 1 star off for that and the confusing filling process. I thought you would fill it from the end cap by the nipple, but I was wrong. I was trying to be gentle with it and not break it but then when I realized it just wouldn't unscrew counter clockwise I knew there had to be another way to access it, which is the font side! Okay, once you get it opened, you can use the droplet that should have been included with your biotin or whatever else you are using. After you fill your bottle you can just hit the dispenser in the back while rolling the derma roller on your skin but get ready to have the liquid run down your face. The micro-needles are quite sharp and you can feel them on your skin. I hope this method work better than what I have been using in the past.

I've had a lot of dermarollers, and what sets this one apart is it's delivery system. You're supposed to put the serum in the tube, and push a button to dispense the correct amount of serum to your face as you roll. Honestly, this just falls flat in practice.. for so many reasons.First, there are no instructions on how to fill it, so you need to figure it out on your own, and it's really not that intuitive.Then as you use it, instead of simply applying the serum to your face and rolling (as I normally do) you have to push the button to release the serum, which then drips onto the roller and then onto your skin. It's messy and drips everywhere, and it wastes my expensive serums. Plus even more waste because I have to put my serum into this tiny container. You can't clean it easily because of that either.This whole dispense-as-you-go system might sound like a neat idea, but in practice its just a gimmick, and a poor one at that. Save your serums for your face and just get yourself a normal derma-roller.

Got this size for between my brows and small areas that my larger stamp and roller were too big for. Not a treatment I do daily but it helps me complete my skin care without rolling over or too close to delicate areas like the eyes.
