Delicious
Nicely balanced chocolate flavor. Smooth and not bitter. Great texture and mouthfeel. This will show you what good chocolate is supposed to taste like!

Chalky, caramel citrus flavors. Good experience overall.
The unmilk'd chocolate bar was very interesting. I've never tried anything like this before. It was a bit chalky and didn't melt well; this may be due to storage during transport. It isn't very bitter; it tastes similar to dark chocolate with a caramel aftertaste and fruity notes. It states that there is a superfruit added called Lucuma. When I looked it up online, it is supposed to taste like maple syrup or butterscotch. I didn't think it was that sweet, just a little on the citrus side. I most likely won't order this again since the price point is for one bar of chocolate, and I didn't care for the texture. It was a fun experience to try this different type of candy.

Tastes very similar to what know as a milk chocolate bar (and great with coffee)
The Cacao Adventures Lucuma milk chocolate bar got me lost in a rabbit hole of information researching Lucuma which led to reading about Lucuma, Peru, the Incas and then, various recipes online. All while I was munching on the 'unmilk' chocolate bar with hot coffee. The bar has a unique flavor, closely resembling milk chocolate, due to the cacao paste. It has a faint bitter/sour taste like cacao nibs do if you've crunched on those. The lucuma and a bit of coconut sugar and vanilla added to smooth it out and it's a very unique and special un-chocolate bar that basically looks and tastes like chocolate; just healthier. I really love that the cacao used is the same wild strain that's been growing naturally for thousands of years. Very cool. The price point of almost eight dollars for one bar is a bit prohibitive but as a special treat once in while, totally worth it for something new and different and good.

delicious and high end tasting
I was so happy with my order of this cacao bar. While a bit pricey, it sure was quality. I do wish it arrived in better shape, was broken in a few spots but since it was just for me, it was ok. The flavor wasn't bitter at all, as the ceremonial part made me think. The flavor was bright, not gritty or leaving my mouth feel like there was a layer I needed to wash down. I was really impressed with this bar. I hope to get this again.

Smooth, Creamy, and Deliciously Unique!
The Cacao Adventures Dairy-Free Lucuma Milk Chocolate is an absolute delight! The combination of rich ceremonial cacao and naturally sweet lucuma creates a smooth, creamy texture without the need for dairy. I love that it’s made with high-quality ingredients, making it a guilt-free indulgence. The flavor is unique yet satisfying, with just the right balance of sweetness and deep chocolatey richness. If you're looking for a dairy-free chocolate that doesn’t compromise on taste or texture, this one is a must-try!

Odd flavor
Oddly bitter, not a dark chocolate bitter flavor.

A unique twist on milk chocolate
I wasn’t sure what to expect with this Lucuma milk chocolate bar, but am glad I ordered it. The flavor is somewhere between milk and dark chocolate, with a slight fruity note in the background. It paired really well with coffee, which helped bring out the flavors even more. That said, the texture is a bit firmer than I prefer—not as creamy as traditional milk chocolate. If you’re looking for something different and a little adventurous, it’s definitely worth a try!

Man, this is good chocolate like real good
I had shrimp and grits last night with a glass of cabernet, and then tried this chocolate as dessert. Man, the moment you take a bite of the Unmilk'd Ceremonial Cacao Bar you know how good chocolate actually is supposed to taste, compared to most of the usual chocolate you buy at the store. It's that good!I had never heard of Lucuma so I looked it up. It's a fruit supposed to taste like butterscotch and sweet potato with undertones of maple syrup or caramel. It's also an excellent source of fiber and antioxidants just like cocoa. I would, of course, prefer something with monk fruit and stevia but it is chocolate afterall and an occasional treat, and a treat it definitely is.
