Quality Knife For An Unbelievable Price
I was pleasantly surprised when I received this knife. For $10, I wasn't expecting much, but it's really turning into one of my favorite knives in my collection.Pros:1) The rosewood handle is comfortable.2) The black steel of the blade contrasts nicely with the rosewood.3) The spring assist works great. It flips right open every time, which is something you can't say about all knives.4) It's got a glass breaker on the bottom, in case you ever need to break glass, or are just in need of a pointy thing that's solid.5) It's very sturdily built. It's got some heft to it. In other words, it doesn't *feel* like you're holding a $10 knife.6) Did I mention this thing is $10‽Cons:1) The size of the blade makes the locking mechanism a little hard to operate with one hand (at least, for me).2) Some people might find the knife too heavy. I don't really feel that way, but i carry mine in a jacket or in my backpack, so I don't really feel the weight. As long as you don't mind your knives being on the larger side (both in terms of dimensions and weight) you really can't go wrong with this knife.

Pleasantly Surprised
Honesty, I only added this $10 knife to quality for free shipping. When I unboxed it, it looked ok but wasn't very sharp and rather hard to open for a spring assist. However, a couple of swipes on a sharpener, a couple of drops of machine oil and an adjustment of the tension screw and what a difference. This is a very serviceable knife that belies the price. A little heavier than it has to be. The wood inserts would be better with rounding off. A few seconds on a belt sander. A much better than $10 knife.

Great Knife.
Its a good & sturdy knife, especially for the price. Its got some weight to it which in my opinion makes it durable. I will definitely be buying more. It might even be a great gift.

Blade lock was inop upon receipt. blade d very difficult to open until both were worked repeatedly.
I have had this knife for about a week. When I first received it, the blade would not open with the spring assist by using either the thumb studs or the top flipper. It was difficult to open even using the nail groove. I applied a small amount of silicone lubricant to the blade boss and begin working the blade open and closed. Also upon receiving, the blade lock would not move into position and lock the blade thereby resulting in the blade closing on your hand if used. After working the mechanism for several days the blade lock moved into the correct lock position and locked the blade. In my case, I think the blade lock issue was caused by poor clearance between the spring lock and the block boss on the blade thereby not allowing the spring lock to position itself correctly in the center of the boss as it is designed to do. Apparently, working the blade and the lock, removed enough material to allow the lock to move to its correct position and lock the blade open. The blade is very sharp from the manufacturer. The steel and stamp 440C which is a fairly high carbon stainless. It is used in many budget knives. I'm not sure what they black coating on the blade is and do not know at this time if it will hold up with use.The knife is very heavy in comparison to other folding knives I own. I don't think the scales are real wood but are some type of synthetic. The Sharp edges of the scales are a bit hard on my soft hands at this time. I will either adapt or possibly Dremel the edges of the scales to a more chamferred edge. For a $10 knife, after sorting out the opening and locking issues, it's not a bad knife at this price point. Time will tell if it holds up and the blade retains it's sharpness. I will not bet my life on it but it may not be bad for a secondary or backpack carry.
