I ordered TWO of these speakers to get the R/L stereo sound that I talk about in the review.I think this is a good little budget-priced speaker that delivers decent bass and a reasonably well-balanced sound. You can get plenty of volume without it overpowering all the detail in the sound so it’s easy on the ears (and if you’re watching an action movie you won’t have to keep adjusting the volume when going from an action scene to a quieter dialogue-only bit).The speaker is great on its own but at the time I came across it, I was actually looking to pair two of the same speaker together to get the right ear / left ear surround sound experience for movies (i.e. true stereo sound that uses two separate audio channels, not just two mono speakers that amplify volume when combined) and you CAN do this with these speakers which is why I ended up buying a second one.The instructions on the pairing for both aren’t that clear but it’s evidently figure-out-able, because I managed to do it after a few different button-pressing attempts. The stereo effect isn’t AS pronounced as I was hoping (I was expecting to hear more specific detail coming from the right and left) but I think it depends on what you’re watching and I’ll continue having a play with this. For the cost, I think it’s more than adequate and it does deliver a “surround sound” experience that feels impressive for the compact proportions (practically palm-sized) and the budget-friendly price tag attached. Glad I ordered.

This is a very nice compact Bluetooth speaker - I paired this easily with both my iPad and my iPhone and it worked instantly.Has good volume to it, with nice clear sound and a good amount of kick to it - if you hold it, you can physically feel the bass thumping through it!The lights look quite cool, though they are just on one corner and you quickly forget about them.It's IPX7 meaning it can survive in up to 1m of water for up to 30 minutes - I dropped it in my bath and played music whilst having a good old wash, and it worked just fine 20 minutes later after I got out. A day later it's still fine.Battery life is quite decent, but not the best I have seen in a small portable Bluetooth speaker - some can go on for up to 15 hours whilst this just about does 5 hours on medium volume.Despite that, it's still a great little speaker, I'm certainly happy with it!

The media could not be loaded. I love this little speaker. It's small and easy to carry although not the most lightweight device (for its size!) but it does feel nice and durable. It's easy to connect and sounds pretty good for the size and price, although it's not the best sounding one out there to be clear but it is on a budget and I think for that it's great. There's plenty of bass and the battery is okay coming in at around 5H which isn't the longest but enough for most usage sessions and it's easy to charge, coming with the required cables.There's not a lot I can find wrong with it at £19.99 and I'm pretty chuffed with it.

If you need a solid-feeling speaker with near perfect IPX7 waterproofing but can live with a fairly meagre 5 hour battery life then this is a worthy option. The box states, and I quote "six hours play fiime". It worries me when they can't even proof read the outer packaging. Sound quality is very good but far from the best I've heard, not surprising given the waterproofing and compact size.The corner of the case has a small coloured light display which isn't very bright and which didn't seem to respond to the music as is claimed. It's also fairly small and, well, to be honest it's a bit pointless.The carry loop is useful and where possible you should use it during playback because there are no soft silicone feet or pads on the device to isolate it so it sits on its hard plastic case which can degrade the sound quality. Music can be piped in by Bluetooth or you can load up a memory card and slot it in. With no display onboard finding a favourite tune means scrolling through the whole batch.I suspect must will buy this for its compact size, watertight credentials and sheer convenience rather than sound quality or battery life, both of which are good but not spectacular. Really needs a passive radiator and a bigger battery.

At time of review this speaker is listed for £19.99 and a £9 voucher is also available.This speaker has a good high quality feel. Solidly made and nice to hold. Controls are easy to use. As well as Bluetooth, this speaker also has a microSD card slot hidden under its waterproof charging cover.Sound performance is way above and beyond the asking price. While I would describe this as a personal Bluetooth speaker, it would be perfect on a table for a small gathering. Sound quality has a lot of bass as expected for a small party speaker, but not in a bad way. I found it great for both a mix of music and also watching movies.This is an impressive little speaker at a great price and I am happy to recommend it.
