Before Omega 3 Fish Oil, I had what's know as a "trigger finger". My finger would lock up and be painful to bend. After only 5 days of taking Omega 3 I was able to move my finger without pain and have stayed that way. I also have arthritis and this past winter I noticed I was able to get up and move around much better, no stiff joints! I highly recommend Omega 3 for your health and joint pain, this stuff truly is a miracle in a bottle.*Beware when looking for a good Omega 3 they all are not the same! Make sure you are getting plenty of EPA and DHA. This brand, "Nutra Champs", has the highest DHA I could find, is certified, non-gmo and made in the USA!! Also I have not experienced any fishy after taste which is good. This checks all my boxes! To get the high DHA & EPA it says to take 3 daily. I take 2, 1 in AM & 1 in PM and it works great for me.**I would like to note I've also recommended this product to people at my work for trigger finder and joint aches and they all are also amazed at the results!

I really like this product because of the economical value and also the extremely high bioavailability and purification process that they use in making this fish oil which is very important.

This product has been a life saver ! I have had back pain for years due to a bad mattress and aging..50.. so learning the curves of life! When shopping for a mattress i read a review that taking a good fish iol helped with back pain, arthritis so since im trying to eat on a Mediterranean type of diet i thought i could probly use a food supplement ro try as quality was important this seemed to fit the bill. I waited ro give a review,, since i have been taking this for a few weeks now i have noticed a great improvement with my back we also got a new mattress but i still wake up at 3 am and i can go back sleep without the aches i used to have. I know a mattress is a big deal but this is a supplement i realized read lacking in my diet that i need more of! I will continue with this brand as it has been proven to do what i wanted. Aslo i read watermelon helps you sleep better and i gave that a try i can say that works to! Thanks for reading and thanks for a great product!

As with all non-FDA tested supplements, there's no way to know what you're really getting. And those folks who suddenly feel great are either affiliated with the distributor or having a lucky placebo reaction. Omega 3 benefits are far more subtle with one exception I know of: some years back the New England Journal of Medicine reported that a legitimate study of omega 3 on people with arthritic joints produced significant relief on many (maybe most) of the researched patients. When I read about this my wife was seeing a rheumatologist because she was having a nasty time with painful finger joints. Not much helped, but omega 3 capsules actually, to our mutual astonishment, worked wonders for her and a couple of years later did the same for a first cousin. So I figure that what's good for the goose may be good for the gander and regularly pop the stuff too. Also these really are burp free.Caveats: (1) Don't substitute a supplement for eating fish once or twice a week. My choice is salmon for both taste and omega content. (2) Omega 3 can function as a blood thinner, so lay off for about a week before any sort of dental or medical surgery.

The strands at the ends of your DNA Chromosome( telomeres)can shorten or fray with time. EPA and DHA are thought to influence the abatement and delay of the fraying.

I waited awhile to write a review to see if I feel a difference. First of all this order came super fast. The bottle itself is so easy to read and actually lovely to look at. I have inflammation pretty bad and I’m diabetic so the health of my eyes is a concern.The pills are pretty big but I’ve not had any issue taking them and actually take more than 1 at a time. I have had a lot of burping up the taste of the fish oil several times. While it’s not the most pleasant taste it’s not an taste that you can’t deal with. It’s not really a fishy taste to it like you would expect. They added an lemon flavor so when it does come up no nasty fishy taste.If you read the bottle it also says this company donates vitamins to those weman and children in need and I feel so good supporting a company that gives back.I will be ordering another bottle and this will be added to my daily vitamin intake.
