Handy compress for kids
For a cool compress this works best of kept in the coldest part of the fridge as it warms fairly quickly. If your child is particularly clumsy you may want to buy 2! It is a sensible size for small heads/knees etc and bends around the body part. It's definitely more comfortable than frozen peas!

Itās ok, but because itās filled with balls, the distribution isnāt as effective as gel. This is both in terms of pressing against the skin and retention of cool temperature.
