No cheap plastic
Used the Chapin brass spray wand parts for a DIY 12v battery operated sprayer cart. Used it one time so far and it's great quality.Chapin 6-1898 shut off nozzleChapin 6-5797 fan tip (sprays too wide, I'm going to try their adjustable tip next)Chapin 6-7703 extensionZLWAWAOL Ryobi adapterEastrans 3/8 ID X 10 FT high pressure tubingSEAFLO 12V 100PSI diaphragm pump(very strong! see pic where I show handle tied to hose by hose clamp because it was blasting it off even with tight clamp)5 gallon bucket garden caddy ($60 Walmart)

Perfect!
I demolished my diesel fuel sprayer on my asphalt dump truck and this was the exact replacement and kept me in my boss's good graces. This does require the purchase of a nozzle also.

Shipping Time
Solid, simple built spray gun. Made out of brass so it shouldn't rust. Have not used it yet because it took Amazon Prime 16 days to get the order to me and now I won't need it until next Spring! The shipping was free, but so much for guaranteed 2-day shipping...

Fits perfectly into my Chapin Backpack sprayer hose end
I certainly like this sprayer brass handle than the one that came with my kit. I used this to replace the old plastic one that came with my original Chaplin backpack sprayer. It came with a clamp to hold the piece in place but fortunately I didn’t have to use it. It fit my hose nice and tightly. The only thing I am not sure of is the end that connects to the wand arm. For some reason I can’t get them to say tight on each other without them eventually spinning off each other again. I have tried different tools and have even had help trying to tighten them together. They will be tight and then in 15 minutes come loose again. They are both Chaplin recommmended parts so I don’t know what the problem is. Guess I will get some plumbers tape and see if that will help secure the arm end.
