I am very pleased with this Sound Health brand of colustrum. It has no taste of its own, is easy to mix with liquid, and the powder is not cakey. Also, it is liposomal, which means it is better absorbed by the body. I have used it in smoothies and even mixed it with yogurt and ice cream. I believe it is strengthening my immune system and supporting better sleep patterns. I noticed a "sparkly" effect with this colustrum powder and researched what caused that. I have tried colostrum before from another brand, but it was very expensive. This colostrum is way cheaper. I like the fact that it is from grass fed cows with no Harmons and nothing else added to the product. It tastes great. I take one scoop directly in my mouth or mix it with water. It dissolves easily. I believe it is helping with my nails, hair and skin. I can feel the firmness. I didn't get any side effects while taking it. I sometimes take two scoop. It's decently priced and I'll continue to take it to get full benefits of this natural product. I hope the company keeps the price down and maintain the standards of this product.

I purchased this product about a month ago and have been using it every day since. I did research of colostrum powder in the past and wanted to try it, but was kind of wishy-washy because of “fad beauty/health products”. I use this powder in my coffee in the morning and it’s super easy with no powder cleanup. There is no chalky taste or smell so I don’t even noticed the difference in my coffee thank god! Hearing that this product helps with muscles performance and recovery was a big thing for me. I was in a bad car accident a few years ago and my recovery after workouts is usually a little bit of a pain in my butt. Ever since using this powder I have notice I’m not as sore in general not just after my workouts! This has helped me want to be more active and I feel more loose and flexible. Which is a great feeling now I’m in my 40’s! My hair has also been a lot smoother and less coarse(this is in the winter and I dye my hair too) which has been a nice plus. The family all fell under the winter sickness spell during the holidays and I woke up one day feeling a little icky and that my body was fighting something. It`s a pretty decent colostrum. It doesn`t mix with water very well. But if you prefer to just pop a spoonful it tastes good and fresh

Phenomenal product. Generous amount in the container that works very well and lasts a long time. Mixes easily into any drink simply by shaking well. Not meant to be used with heat or the nutritional benefit is lost. I tried dry scoopgin and it was not very tasty. I mix it into anything like a shake, or smoothie or my morning green drink and it has with no taste. But the impact is fabulous. Hair and nails much healthier and I rarely get sick now. Not to mention much better gut health. Highly recommend!!
