Sender had no “Keep Cold” alert on package
I love this dark chocolate but will only order in the future in cold weather. USPS delivered it and ice packs and chocolate were melted.

Not a Hershey Chocolate.
This is not a Hershey chocolate at all. This is not the same as what you can buy in store that is the original Hershey packaging. The original Hershey chocolate has a distinctive taste, which is not present in this chocolate. Me and my husband loves Hershey and we can finished a 2 lbs in just 1 and half day. But this chocolate he did not touch any after trying 3 pieces. He said this is not Hershey. Very disappointed.
