The nonstick surface makes cleaning and serving very easy. It warms up quickly and the outside surface doesn’t get hot. You can literally eat out of this. It’s perfect for making steamed dumplings as well which is the main reason why I bought it but I’m using it more as my ramen cooker.

Overall this is a good product. Especially if you are just starting to build your kitchen appliances or for a college dorm room. I bought to use in my hotel room when traveling. The size is for 1-2 people portions. I have had for over a month and have used it for a few things. And everything has turned out good. Just a learning curve for the temperature settings. Not difficult to clean just be conscientious as to where your electrical outlets is so you do not get soap or water in there.

I want to start by saying I loved this hot pot. It quickly became one of my favorite kitchen appliances. I used it for mac and cheese, grilled cheese (seriously the best I’ve ever had), tortellini, and even reheated leftovers like pizza and burritos—everything cooked perfectly and evenly. The pot heats quickly, cleans easily, and the included silicone spatula was a nice touch.Unfortunately, after about a week of regular use, I ran into a serious safety concern. On one use, after boiling noodles, I tilted the pot to drain them and noticed a large puddle of murky water had formed beneath it. I discovered that water had seeped inside the appliance between the inner metal pot and the outer plastic casing. There’s no seal between the two layers, so when tilting the pot to pour something out, water can accidentally get inside—very risky for an electric appliance.As someone who is very careful with my kitchen gadgets, especially those that shouldn't get wet, I was alarmed. I didn’t feel safe using it again, even after drying it out.That said, I have to commend TopWit’s customer service. I contacted them directly, explained the issue, and not only did they issue me a full refund within 24 hours, they also said they were escalating the matter to higher management to investigate further. That kind of response speaks volumes about the company and their commitment to customer safety.I truly hope this issue gets resolved, because otherwise this pot was everything I wanted. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 1 because of how much I loved it before the issue, and because of the excellent customer service. But I do want to warn others—be careful when draining or tilting the pot, and keep an eye out for internal water buildup.If this gets fixed in future models, I’d definitely consider buying from TopWit again.

This is my main cooker since I don’t have a kitchen and it works great for one pot meals, rice, spaghetti and other dishes. It only has two settings which to me are high and super high. Not enough for me to have it lose a star because it has been reliable with daily use for several months.

This is a great little pot, but don't drop it. I dropped the lid and the plastic fasteners holding the glass in broke immediately. Two of the fasteners are still there so it's holding the lid together, but not as great as I would wish. Using the pot because it does boil fast and is great for one or two persons soup or meal. Great for hot breakfast cereal.

I love it sure easy to use and super easy clean up gets hot fast

This has been such a wonderful delight in the kitchen or in my office. When I can't break away from my office desks, I can still whip of something quick. Do not leave this thing unattended, it gets ready hot really fast and will burn your food if not careful, its heats much faster than a regular stove.

I absolutely love home and cookware items. This little pot was a lifesaver during surgery and a covid rest. I was stuck in my room in quarantine and used this for soup and other items to heat. It just requires some electricity and a plug. It's very easy to use. The temperature Guage is on the handle and it turns up or down. It's a nice size for one or a couple people depending on what you are wanting to make. It does have a nonstick surface and it cleans quick and simple. Great value as there was a coupon attached that I can't recall
