So to start with, I am a big lad, 300lbs. I go to a lot of concerts, were standing in the same spot occurs for a long time. As a result my feet hurt and its painful to walk normally afterwards. So I have been trying a few different insoles, so have a effect some don't. Anyhow, pushed the boat on these (From the proper company not copies / fakes), it just not worth going cheap on your feet. I broke them in on Saturday with a half mile walk, its a really weird feeling but persevere, its worth it. Everyday I have increased the time / distance. Today, I can climb stairs, not one at a time. I don't wake up and hobble to the toilet, I am walking normally, so no more lower back pain. I would say I wear these insoles 8 hours a day. Next up is a standing concert and once that happens I will report back.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I have a heal problem so I found these and thought I would try them they are ok I find after wearing my heal feels better but I think you need to keep wearing to get the benefits

Great quality. Theses hurt at first but then i serm to have got used to thdm. Deffo do something. I wear thrm all the time now

These are ok and comfortable. However, far too thick to be used on light summer shoes. Fine for trainers or loafers otherwise, no.

I based my purchase on other people's experiences thinking these insoles would resolve the discomfort I've had to endure. In a little over 12 hrs after i took delivery of them i'd cut them to the size required & proceeded to go for a long awaited walk.After no more than 20mins i couldn't stand the constant pressure i was submitted to on each step & had to remove them.What a complete waste of my money can't believe how people can walk for any length of time with these insoles,the magnetic (balls)7 of the make like walking with ball bearings in your shoes that repeatedly put pressure onto an area that gets to the point of being unbearable.I could have bought similar products through temu & not been too disappointed as the cost isn't anywhere so high but at the price of these it feels like I might as well have just thrown my money down a drain. Others might get relief with these but I can only be honest & share my experience.

Good quality helps Arch Support easy to fit and cut in to size made walking easier.Not cheap I bought while on offer,looks out for deals.Works for me helps relieve pressure on my foot l wear them every day even around the house.

You very quickly get use to them. It does not totally remove the pain in my feet but can walk a lot further than before without the need to lift my feet off the floor.

Bought these for husband to wear in his trainers, had them one month and one of the magnets has fallen off... I thought that by purchasing the original product, and not a cheap copy, that they would last. No so. Waste of money.
