My local furniture store quit carrying the Guardsmen products and I went into panic mode. IMHO, this is the best leather cleaner and conditioner, it does not leave a film and makes my leather look 'healthy'. I am quite happy with the price; it is less than what my furniture retailer was selling it to me. SO glad that I found it!

This seems to make my genuine and full grain leather boots softer - it does leave somewhat of a slippery residue on full grain leather. My problem with this is it does stain/turns darker esp on genuine leather (the very soft suede-like leather). I used it on some Dan Post genuine leather boots on their tip that I scratched, and it turned the leather darker but somehow masked the scratch so it looks smooth again. After weeks it is not AS noticeable (see pic) but I won't repurchase this.What's good about it is it does fix scuffs and scratches on genuine and full grain leather. It fixed the scratch on the tip of my Dan Post boots and the cracked full grain leather on my Tanner Mark boots. I used it all over some other leather cowboy boots (Durango full grain leather) and it did turn them alittle darker too. As for my white leather cowboy boots it didn't affect their color. There are better conditioners for boots out there so if u have expensive cowboy boots better invest in some other brands. Not sure if this is gonna prevent PU leather, the fake leather, from peeling.

Been using this for about 6 months on our white Tesla seats and white dash areas, it does wonders to keep them clean, supple and white. Gives the seats a nice layer of protection and a slight shine when first applied, but doesn’t leave any greasy residue. Very impressed after multiple applications over the last 6 months.

ease of use

This product actually works on leather as I know because I have used it on a leather chair and ottoman. Both are much softer than before I had used this product than before and the price can’t be beat.

I used these, in combination with their leather cleaning wipes, for about a year and a half on some new leather furniture that my wife and I purchased. They are convenient to use, being pre-treated, disposable wipes. However, the fact that we generally didn't use these but once every few months, if you aren't careful to ensure the package is completely sealed when storing, you could be disappointed the next time you go to treat your leather. This happened to us, and we found the wipes completely dried out, and useless. So, be careful when you re-seal the package to ensure their are no air gaps, or this could happen to you too.Also, we have a large couch, chair, and ottoman. A package of these got us through approximately 3 full cleanings/protection cycles. So, depending upon how often and thoroughly you clean and protect your leather, these may last for 6-12 months.We have switched to a different, bottle-based product. Which we're finding stores much better, and is much more cost effective than these wipes. Although it may be slightly more inconvenient - having to wash/reuse the application cloths, instead of throwing them away - this will be a cheaper, and much more effective solution overall.

I'd allowed the surface of part of my 20 year old leather couch to get fuzzy from sunlight and thought I'd ruined it ten years ago. It was bad, looked more like the bottom side of a brush than a couch made of leather.I have been using this protectant on the couch for about ten years now, and the couch is still presentable and as long as I keep a coat of this leather finish on it, the couch looks like it will go another ten years on the 1/3 of the couch I allowed to deteriorate. It has almost arrested the deterioration, and I get the feeling that if I'd used the finish/protectant for the first ten years, the couch would look almost new now.When you put this on, it creates a finish a lot like a finish on wood. It is a relatively clear surface. The surface breaks up sunlight, stopping it doing as much damage as it does, just like the finish on a wood floor or furniture. Iis a partial barrier to sunlight, binds up the "grain" of the leather which stops dust and spills getting between it, and has some ability to reduce scratches. Mostly it stops the way that sulight breaks down organic matter, in this case formerly living cow skin.You'd think that building it up over and over without using the cleaner on problem areas would work better, but I've found that it works better if you do use the cleaner that comes separate. In my experience, the two used separately also work better for the damaged part than the all in one product that cleans and protects both.The undamaged part of my couch only needs one application of the protectant/finish.Don't hesitate to pile it on the damaged part after cleaning the damaged part though. I found three or more applications on the damaged part of the couch helpful, with some in-between-dry time, and done more or less righter after cleaning did create a built up surface, just like wood, which not only made it look a hell of a lot better, but protected it longer.The undamaged part of the couch can go longer than a month, the badly damaged part I hit about every three weeks to keep the brushy leather tips created by the action of sunlight on the leather from exposing themselves.

Excelente producto. Tarda unos minutos en secar (depende de la cantidad de producto utilizado), no deja residuos, no cambia el color de la piel, limpia muy bien, humecta la piel alargando su flexibilidad y buen aspecto, no deja residuo grasoso ni hace brillante la piel, no cambia la textura de la piel.La he usado en sillones beige de piel, chamarra negra de piel y bolsos, excelente en todo.

according to our leather chairs warranty, we have to use this. So we are. Doesn't stain or cause any issues as of this time.

Limpia la piel, la hidrata; renueva la piel de los zapatos; impresionantemente bueno, hidratado se le borran marcas y pequeños rayones, las costuras se limpian (se vuelven a ver). Cada 6 meses deberíamos de darles una aplicada a todos nuestro zapatos...y funciona igual en cualquier piel (incluso en muebles, sillas, etc)

Es un muy buen producto para el cuidado de la piel, llevo ya un par de semanas usándolo en tenis, zapatos, chamarras y cintos, todos mejoraron su apariencia, retoman ese olor a piel, no los mancha y los deja suaves al tacto, me parece que tiene mejor uso como un mantenimiento periódico mas que para restaurar piel quizá mas dañada o piezas ya viejas, de igual manera las deja bien y puede que tengan una segunda vida.Tiene mucho mejor efecto si previamente lavas la piel con algún producto para ese fin.

Tenía mis dudas sobre la eficacia del producto pero la verdad me dejó satisfecho con los resultados. Restaura el brillo, color y aroma de los productos de piel; los humecta y al mismo tiempo limpia. Cómo se puede ver en la imagen, un antes y un después; lo apliqué en una vieja chamarra 100% piel. También lo probé en un balón original de fútbol americano, dando buenos resultados. Recomendable.
