Im not saying these small capsules are pain relief but do dull the pain when taken regularly 2 capsules come in boxes of thirty brown/ yellow(turmeric) easy to swallow

Great product
I always love to exercise but my knee has been hurting me for sometime and somebody recommended this and I can testify that this is best ever so far. My knees are so good. I sleep like a baby no eches and I'm sure I will gonna continue to buy them.

Easy to take with water just before tea
Well I’ve only been taking these a month but I think I’ve seen a small improvement time will tell

They seem to be working.
Although the weather has been good which makes a difference to the pain level anyway. I do feel that after more than a week of taking these capsules, (they are easily swallowed) they have made a difference.
