I’ve bought plenty of pot & pan sets over the last few decades and I can tell you that this set is by far the best ever. I’ve bought a GreenPan large baking sheet and a flat square pan skillet and love them. When I seen GreenPan & Bobby Flay team up on cookware I was all in especially when I read all about this set. I’ve had the set now for over a month and there is NO disappointment with how they cook. They are high quality made, durable inner and outer do not chip or scratch, the ceramic nonstick is superb and even surface heating. Exterior cream color & interior white sparkle ceramic nonstick are beautiful. The silicone covered handles are a nice grip with heat resistance! Cooking with this set has been effortless with no hassle cleaning. I’m simply amazed and pleased with this purchase!!

I've had these for over 6 months now and still love them. Fantastic pans, do not stick at all, heat well, and clean up very easily! Zero scratches or damage after regular use thus far.I always hand wash them (which is super easy since nothing sticks to them) and only use silicone spatulas and spoons. Your mileage may very if you put them in the dishwasher or use scratching utensils.

These are a very high quality set of pots and pans. An amazing value for the amount of cookware you receive. I have had these for several months now and have had no scratches or marks left on them. The only very small chip on one pan comes as a result from my young child throwing his fork into the sink directly hitting the pan with the prongs. Now, I leave them on the counter or stove until I'm ready to clean them. I only use silicone utensils while cooking on them so they have held up very nicely. I'm actually shocked. Literally, nothing sticks to them and they are extremely easy to clean, which is nice because you do need to hand-wash them. The payoff is definitely worth the investment!!

Quality:I really like these pans. They work great, and I love how they look. I have noticed that the area of the pan where the lid goes has gotten scratched, but it hasn't been bad. I would recommend getting the pans and think it is worth the price.

UPDATE: I buy a lot of things off of Amazon and rarely leave reviews. This set has compelled me to leave two reviews! This cookware has now been in use for almost 5 months. Put in the dishwasher once. Quickly learned the silver at the top rim came off…NOT dishwasher safe. Only hand washed after that. I am the only cook in our family & I ONLY used the silicone slotted spoon that came with this set! Look at the pics showing the ceramic coating on the inside of the pan coming off in NUMEROUS places!!! I don’t know if it is safe to use anymore. Do yourself a favor…save your money and skip this set!! I had really high hopes for my first Green Pan purchase but it will be my last.I ordered these about 1 month before we moved into our new home and unboxed. They were beautiful, nonstick and distributed heat well. However, after using for 1 month (only a handful of times), the coating on the rims is flaking off! They look like I’ve had them for years, not 1 month! The description clearly states in multiple places these pans are dishwasher safe…they are not! I will not buy these again. They are not worthy of the $230 price tag. Do better Bobby Flay/GreenPan.

Good color, great quality. Cooking is so nice in these pans. I’ve been using them for a week and they are amazing. There was a few dark scratches on the pans cream color but it didn’t damage the function of them. I will be buying more. These pans are worth it.I’ve tried so many different pans and these are my favorite. You can tell the difference when you use them. These don’t need high heat. They work extremely well with low heat.

We've only had this set a couple of weeks, but so far the performance is fantastic. GreenPan has a great reputation on its own, but this Bobby Flay branded cookware seems to go one better -- nothing sticks, heating is even and cleanup is a snap. We've done trout and walleye, chicken thighs and chili and so far everything has turned out perfect. The environmental benefit is icing on the cake.

The pans look nice and feel high quality, but the non stick coating is extremely delicate. Some one accidentally dropped a metal fork into one of the pots and it chipped the nonstick coating down to the metal. Since then, there have been several more scratches. I understand that metal utensils should not be used on most non stick pots and pans, but had I known they were this delicate, I wouldn’t have bought them.
