Great quality pan
We purchased to avoid coated non stick but not sure if it would be as non stick as teflon. After some time using is I can say it works well most of the time if you preheat it first we have found. Surprising easy to clean… It does have a fair weight to them which is to be expected and the same for all their pans of which we have a full set.

Very nice, needs a little getting used to coming from non-stick but you get rid of the risks with non-stick residue in food etc. Recommended

Better than my Old aluminium frying pan
Fabulous frying pan and works a lot better than my thick bottom aluminium pan. I’ve now used them side-by-side and the Le creuset cooks noticeably better on lower heat.

Very poor balance due to handle
This has been a very disappointing purchase.Having researched based on reviews and cost this appeared to be excellent value for money.The greatest issue I have with the pan is its very poor weight distribution. Due to the size and weight of the handle the pan tips unless it is very carefully placed on the cooker, this is not an issue I have had with a quality pan before.The other main issue is that the pan stained on first use and is exceptionally difficult to clean. I have a full set of stainless steel pans I have used for years and neither of the above issues have occurred.I would not recommend based on the above issues.

Good but heavy handle
Very good pan which I mostly use for breakfast egg. Only one minus is that handle is quite heavy so if empty on gas hob it wobbly

Non stick after seasoning it
Due reading several reports about how toxic teflon coated non stick pans can be I decided to get this steel pan, but not sure if it would be as non stick as teflon.WHAT A SURPRISE!! I followed the directions to season it, and then fried an egg. It did not stick at all!!! Well pleased.I have a ceramic hob and all I had to do to season it was coat the base of the pan in oil, heat through gently and swish it around a bit to get to the sides of the pan, then allow it to cool, followed by wiping with kitchen towel. I then put the normal amount of oil and cooked an egg on a medium heat.I am not sure it is with all multilayer steel pans but this is worth every penny.
