Briottet Liqueur de Violette 70 cl

I'm a repeat buyer so that says it all really. The flavour of this beautiful violet liquor is wonderful. A real decadent treat and looks beautiful in my vintage decanter! 🥰 Thank you Briottet for such Ana mazing range to choose from. I think I need to try pear next!!

This product is divine! The aroma and taste is pure unadulterated violets, it slides gently across your senses in the most pleasant fashion, at the same time enchanting your eyes with it’s beautiful violet hue. I favour it with Bloom jasmine and rose gin (and a little good quality lemonade), or Hendricks Flora Adora gin (again with a little lemonade), but I’m always open to suggestions 😉

I thoroughly enjoyed this violet liqueur and will be purchasing it again.It is a beautiful, sweet violet flavour without being too overpowering in taste or colour.I've tried it on it's own, mixed with lemonade, in gin and in prosecco, all of which were lovely.I particularly enjoyed it in prosecco with a twist of lemon, and in gin with plenty of ice and a good tonic.I would thoroughly recommend; plus it's cheaper than another well known brand and has a much more pleasant and less synthetic taste. As previously stated, I shall be buying more in the very near future! Cheers!

it was a bit too much for my taste, but the cocktails were bangers. Mixed with gin it tastes like the parma violet sweets.

I first tried an aviation cocktail on a gin making experience day and enjoyed it so much decided to make it at home. It’s essentially a mix of creme de violet, Maraschino liqueur, gin and lemon juice. Sometimes it can be nice to add tonic. This is just perfect, the flavour really comes through, it’s a lovely colour, and a little goes a long way. I’d recommend this.

I bought this as its the defining ingredient in the classic Aviation cocktail (and the reason for its name as it lends the drink a lilac tinged hue reminiscint of a cloudless sky). The drink is stunning and excellent value for money as the intense flavour ensures only a small amount is required. Delivery and packaging were perfect and the drink is beautiful packaged - credit to the designer of the cap which makes accurate pouring very simple.

Love it! Had delicious Bouquet des Fleurs cocktails at a rooftop bar on Isle of Capri which included Liqueur de Violette. So happy to have found this and to have been able to replicate the cocktails.Also good just with soda water for a Parma Violet tasting non alcoholic fizz !

Delighted with this. I use the giffards maraschino (and their aviation recipe) with this creme de Violette and it's perfect.
