This is my favorite flavor for Emergen-C. I add it to my bottled water and drink one each day. My doctor said it is a good source of electrolytes. Also, I add a scoop of collagen that I purchased from Amazon. Both of the powders dissolve easily. Just shake it up before drinking. It tastes wonderful to me. It's sweet. Enjoy!

Tastes great and gives you lots of Vitamin C. I think your body absorbs this better than a traditional vitamin pill.
