Seems to be quite sturdy and should keep meds cool for a long day of travel overseas. It is nit small, but for my injectable meds it should work well. It looks.like a big Hydroflask water, has a luggage ID tag. It is nit light in weight though but you need this insulation for long flights. Shipping was super fast.

I had to move out of state, and I needed to keep my GLP1 injections cold. The travel time was almost 10 hours. This container held 3 Zepbound injections and kept them cold the entire time. The price could be a bit lower.

I bought this it to carry on my diabetes and migraine auto injectors on the plane. They were still cold when I arrived 13 hours later and I had zero problems with customs.

I've used this for about 5 months or so and it has been the best thing for my meds. I work in construction and don't have access to a fridge during the day, but it's kept everything super cold while it's kept in my backpack. I leave it in the truck turned off alot and it's never gotten close to the point where I'd had to worry about it!! Deffinately worth a try. I love it!

Doesn't fit as many as advertised but it worked for my needs, thankfully it fit just enough of my injector pens. I take benlysta and could fit exactly 4 auto injectors in there snug. The ice pack didn't last 24 hours, I did an international trip and by the time we arrived it was fully liquid and barely cold. Followed the directions exactly as written. Thankfully the insulation is actually quite good and I had a temperature gauge in there that came with my meds so I know the temperature was still good enough but I can't say how much longer it would've lasted. If you need your meds to remain at a certain temp for a certain amount of time, get a thermometer to test it out before relying on it. Went through TSA just fine, agent thought it was weird which I thought was weird lol but made it through fine. Compact, durable it fell and dented but didn't break or anything.

10/10!!! Took it on a 26 hour flight to Dubai and it amazingly stayed cold all the way there. Ice pack was even still cold!!

It does the job. If you freeze it, it will freeze your medicine so I recommend just putting it in the fridge unless you are going on a very long trip. Save yourself some hassle and just pull it out of your bag when you go through security because otherwise they will search your bag.
