Update: The company reached out and made this right, thank you so much. Changing my rating.This figure was supposed to be delivered with another item, but this got delayed. When I received it shortly after, I realized the box was damaged all along the bottom with small rips and appeared to have been glued back together. The blind bag was cut open all the way across the top, and the accessory (the clock hands) were missing. Now the clock just has a hole in the center. It's a well made figure but very disappointing to not have all of the pieces. I've never had a blind box arrive unsealed before, let alone missing part of the figure. Not sure if I received a return that was resealed and sold as new, or if someone was looking for the secret. This was my first Nanci figure so I’m regretting the purchase.

Loved this purchase! They are so so cute!! I will definitely be buying more to get more of the collection! Highly recommend if you want to start a new series to collect!

These are just beautiful! I do wish I pulled different figurines but I'm still very happy with the series! Well done, Rolife!
