Love this set!If you are a Lego fan you will understand how fiddly it can be at times, this set was the most fiddly one I have ever built (and I’ve built many, many different sets). However, it looks amazing and is worth the stress! I think it took me a few hours to build.It is a brilliant addition to the other interactive Mario Lego sets. Definitely the biggest one too. Worth every penny for the joy my son has got out of this set

This LEGO set comes with everything you need to build a spooky King Boo's Mansion and 4 interactive characters. This set is cross-compatible with the Mario characters that have built-in scanners, and so comes with scanner squares that the characters interact with. There were also plenty of spare parts for the little pieces that are likely to get lost easily which is always good.The instructions are really easy to follow and show you a 3D breakdown of what you need to do each step of the way. This makes it ideal for kids to follow rather than having to read instructions. Each section is broken down into bags and there are 10 in total. This means you can do it in stages without losing track of where you are up to. In total it took my son and I about 4 hours to build, although it could easily take more or less time depending on your experience building.The set is really exciting for kids to play with, it has parts that move and it all folds together for easy storage. It is really detailed and on-theme. It is made from standard LEGO pieces and some that have obviously been made specifically for this set. It holds together well enough but you can add a dot of glue in you want it to really stick together.Overall, this is a really cool, interactive set that comes with plenty of parts to play with. It folds together for easy storage and looks great. I would highly recommend it.

LEGO Super Mario King Boo’s Haunted Mansion set number 71436 .A great 932 piece build and playable set, fully incorporating everything Mario .Clear illustrated instructions in the box or use the app , lots of detail and options for alternative builds .The mansion is hinged at the sides meaningit can be opened up for play or closed as part of scenic or role play set up as the full building .4 characters included - King Boo of course , Dry Bones , Boo and baby Yoshi.Lots of play in its own right but more fun if you add other sets or characters in the Super Mario range especially the ‘interactive ‘ figures of Mario, Luigi and Princess Peach.This is a big set , great value and playability, excellent quality and well thought out design and pieces you would expect from Lego.
