This TV is great. We had a few issues with delivery, but Walt's TV took care of it promptly and our TV arrived. I want to send a special shout out to Sydni with Walt's TV who personally took care of the issues and stayed in contact with me all the way until it was resolved. Was hoping this was gonna be the perfect replacement
It’s a beautiful screen. It’s a beautiful system, but it came with a bubble in the screen and a crack on the right side. Disappointed that it wasn’t replaced didn’t even offer to replace it. They did offer me $150 to keep it but who wants a brand new TV with the crack screen. I think they should’ve replaced it or giving me the next level up if they didn’t have a replacement.

SamSung Qled TV 55 inch great for gaming.
The TV was delivered by a UPS driver not an Amazon driver. The driver put the package at mg front door and lucky I was home to collect it. I asked the driver if they can help me put in the garage and they say no. The front porch was really small. So if you order a tv you have to be home that day. The tv came in perfect condition and for a great price. I can play anything on my tv and up to 4 hdmi. The picture is really clear I have no idea what the other reviews is talking about. The packaging is also great. This is a one legged stand tv instead of two. I also wanted to see what is qled and oled. I see no difference of a tv. Is the same. This is the best time of the year to buy a tv when they are on sale. It also does have gaming mode. ☺️

Bad picture, mushy brackgrounds, muddy image, especially faces. Motion was blurry too
I realize this is a middle of the road tv but I expected far more. I replaced an 8-year-old Sony which we loved but I did not have the budget for that class of tv. Still, 8 years newer with lots of new tech I expected far better.The worst part is the blurry and mechanical human faces. Everything looks like a bad cartoon or sloppy AI, where you know faces are supposed to be faces, but they are more like blobs. Motion is advertised as being an improvement, but instead, it just gets blurry when things move fast. That's not an improvement.Yes, there are lots of apps and "features" most of which do very little. The picture itself is ok once everything is turned off and the settings are tuned. Outside of the blurred faces (mostly background faces and smaller ones). My 8-year-old tv never had that problem. Even my cheap 15-year-old TV never had that problem either.
