Looks good but lacks longevity
I bought this tap less than a year ago when I was refurbishing my kitchen. It has a great look and feel to it and is very modern in it's design.However, over time the cold tap has loosened in its fixing and now has a 1 inch 'dead zone' meaning it doesn't sit flush and you need to turn it further to turn the tap on. It can't be tightened (I've tried) as the alun screw fixing on it just doesn't give enough tightness on the plastic inner for the tap. I don't use the tap excessively and it hasn't even been in place that long - less than a year. See picture for how out of alignment they are currently at full close, where they used to be flush.Overall I was pleased with the tap but the performance of it shows it will need replacing pretty soon. The cold tap is only going to get looser and I can imagine similar will happen with the hot tap. Very disappointing.
