A fairly good fit, but for a lady with a short neck needed to be slightly shorter in height. However, it works and is relatively soft so easy to manipulate.

This item arrived and on unpacking it very quickly became apparent the item was ( in my honest opinion ) put together incorrectly . The velcro fastener was sewn on the inside making the collar very ill fitting and uncomfortable .After carefully unpicking the stitching on the securing velcro and stitching it back in the correct place ( IMHO ) the collar is now wearable . One should not have to alter a product designed to worn before it can be put to its intended use.

Cheaply made, badly designed and uncomfortable. I had to round off the ends and reposition the velcro onto the outside of the collar on both sides to make the ends meet flush. There are far better surgical collars than this one.
